DeSlop Refund Policy
DeSlop is free to use in full. The optional $4.99 is a voluntary one-time contribution to support the project, not a purchase of any feature. This page explains, in plain terms, how we handle refunds of that contribution. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
You never have to pay
Every DeSlop feature is free, forever, with nothing locked behind a payment. You can use all of DeSlop on your own feed without ever spending a cent. The optional $4.99 is a voluntary contribution to support the project. It does not unlock anything, because there is nothing to unlock. Nobody ever has to pay to use DeSlop.
Change your mind? We will refund you
Because a contribution is voluntary and buys you no feature, you are free to have it back if you change your mind. Just email us, ideally within 30 days, with your Paddle receipt or order id, and we will refund it in full. We will not argue about it. You do not need to give a reason.

If you live in the EU or the UK
If your contribution counts as a purchase of digital content under consumer law, you generally have 14 days to cancel and get your money back without giving a reason. We go further than that: whether or not the 14 days apply, and whether or not any consent to immediate supply was given at checkout, you can ask for your contribution back and we will refund it. Nothing on this page reduces your statutory withdrawal rights.

If you live in Australia
This page does not limit the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent those guarantees apply, they cannot be excluded, and for a major failure you are entitled to a refund. Where the Australian Consumer Law gives you a refund or a repair right, that right applies whatever this page says.
We will also refund
- A genuine billing error, such as being charged twice or charged the wrong amount.
- A charge you did not authorize.
- Any contribution you simply want back, on request.
- Anywhere a refund or cancellation is required by the consumer-protection law that applies to you.
How to ask
Email us with your Paddle receipt or order id and, if you like, a short note. We read every message and refund voluntary contributions on request.

How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider. Paddle’s own buyer terms also apply, and where Paddle grants you a refund we will honour it.

Chargebacks
If something looks wrong, please email us first. We refund contributions on request, so we can almost always sort it out faster than a chargeback, and you keep your statutory right to raise one with your bank whatever we say here. Because DeSlop is free for everyone, a chargeback never affects your access to any feature. At most, the supporter key tied to that payment (which only hides an occasional reminder) may stop being recognised.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer-protection law where you live. Where that law gives you a stronger right than this policy, that law wins.
Who provides the refund
Contributions and refunds are provided by Energetika-VDS (trading as “Pineido”), Janko Cvetinov 13, Strumica, North Macedonia, through Paddle as merchant of record. Questions: contact@pineido.com.
